The website www.bestpractices.asia serves as the official communication and information platform for the Cambodia Excellence Label™ (CXL), a CSR Impact and Accreditation Program developed by Synergies publiques and partners.
Its purpose is to:

You may not: Reproduce, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, publish, display, or create derivative works without prior written permission from the Operator. Unauthorized use of any content may result in legal action.

6. The CXL Charter of Commitment
All recognized beneficiaries and stakeholders of the Cambodia Excellence Label™ (CXL), including members of the Coordination Team, the Independent Evaluation Committee, the Patronage Board and Council, as well as all Accredited Organizations, Winners of the CXL Annual Awards, Early Supporters, and Official Sponsors, are required to read, sign, and formally accept the CXL Charter of Commitment.

The Charter defines the shared values, ethical standards, and responsibilities that guide participation in the program. By signing the Charter, all parties acknowledge their adherence to CXL’s principles of integrity, transparency, accountability, and commit to advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

7. Official Badges and Certificates
All official badges, seals, and certificates issued under the Cambodia Excellence Label (CXL), including those granted to Accredited Organizations, CXL Awards Winners, Early Supporters, and Official Sponsors, are the exclusive intellectual property of Synergies publiques and partners and may only be used in accordance with the program’s official guidelines.

Authorized Use
Holders of valid CXL recognitions are authorized to display their official badge and certificate for the specific year(s) indicated on the document.
Badges and certificates may be used in corporate communications, marketing materials, websites, packaging, and other public channels only to the extent that they accurately reflect the organization’s current status within the program.
Any use must comply with the CXL Visual Identity and Branding Guidelines provided upon recognition.

Validity and Renewal
Each badge and certificate is time-bound and must be renewed every two years or upon re-accreditation, as applicable.
The Operator reserves the right to suspend or withdraw recognition and usage rights in cases of misuse, misrepresentation, or failure to comply with the CXL Charter of Commitment.

Prohibited Use
Recipients may not alter, reproduce, or adapt the CXL badge or certificate design in any way.
The use of expired or revoked badges and certificates is strictly prohibited.
Any use implying CXL endorsement beyond the organization’s officially recognized category (e.g., Accredited, CXL Awards Winners, Early Supporter, or Official Sponsor) is forbidden.

Verification and Transparency
All active recognitions can be verified through the official website www.bestpractices.asia or upon written request to the Operator.
Misuse of badges or certificates may result in public withdrawal of recognition and potential legal proceedings under applicable laws protecting intellectual property and consumer trust.

9. Limitation of Liability
